The bitter “Dainava” is one more drink, which recalls the ancient times and which is still popular today. The bitter named after Dainava land is made according to the traditional Lithuanian recipe remarkable for its exceptional production subtleties. Juices of as many as five kinds of fruits and berries are used in the bitter production: apple, rowan, cherry, cowberry and bilberry. All of them are well known and pleasant to the Lithuanian taste. “Dainavos” bitter is perfect with coffee and for making cocktails.
